There was a good chunk of time between receiving my first and second package, so I was worried for a minute that I would be one of those people who didn't get all three sets of cookies. I would have been sad because I love sweets and I had my heart set on getting three dozen cookies! :)
When I got the package from Chelcie, ChelciesFoodFiles, I was initially confused because it was soft. I figured whatever was inside was surely crushed, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the big envelope to find a Santa hat inside!

I never even considered including a Santa hat to pad my cookies and thought it was such a fun idea! (The Santa hat is currently living on Winston, our family pet.)

Inside the hat I found a bag of yummy cookies, the recipe, and a letter from Chelcie.
Chelcie made these cookies with her favorite ingredients including peanut butter, oats, M&M's and pretzels (which happen to be some of my favorites too!). These were delicious and I really enjoyed the sweet and saltiness of the cookies (it was almost as good as eating popcorn with M&Ms).
